I've been a customer for over a year at this point. I requested to cancel one of my prefix's I had for over a year due to increasing costs (from them) and reduced need, but after waiting around for a while, was told that "We do not remove ranges from invoices." After trying countless times, asking to remove 1 of the multiple prefixes I had on lease, they went forward with cancelling all services and ghosting me. The owner gives off a rude, demanding character, with little sympathy towards his customers.
