I've been a customer for some time and have seen Advin aiming for improvement in most of the decisions they make.

Starting with performance, Advin's current main offerings are on the VPS side, where they sell virtual machines on modern platforms, usually utilizing AMD's Epyc 7002/7003 on the regular plans and Epyc 9004 on their premium line. Their focus is providing plenty of processing power for a reasonable price, and it's great. They're my go-to when I just want some good CPU grunt for my workload.

Up next, their network. It's obvious that this is not their focus when selling you their products, but that isn't to say that it's a slouch either. You'll rarely find any issues with the upstreams they use, and that will probably be plenty for most folks. Nothing fancy like in-house ddos mitigation or anything, but that's really not the market they're in. The biggest upside here is that you can actually use more than 1Gbps pretty consistently, making the bandwidth cap the limiting factor more than anything else.

Finally, their support. Don't expect responses within 10 minutes. You take a glance at the pricing and it's obvious that they don't have a separate support team just waiting to solve your issues. Being patient is definitely a virtue here, as all of my issues have been properly addressed and resolved. If you're looking for near-instantaneous responses in critical situations, this is not for you, but if you can afford to have stuff go down from time to time (usually through no fault of their own), then you'll probably find yourself pretty happy with them.

I I joined Advin Server through a nice black friday deal I saw on LET in November 2022, my experience has been nothing short of remarkable.
Their support team has been decently fast with replies, always acted respectful and rescued me within minutes when I faced a critical server issue (which I personally caused, they didn't owe me anything tbh...) – talk about a lifesaver! The user interface is nice and intuitive, making management a pretty chill always. Advin Servers has truly exceeded the expectations I had for a fairly new player in the space.

I was server hunting and came across Advin Servers. Their price was great for the product they advertised. It took roughly 4hrs after purchase to have my server deployed and gain access. I extensively ran tests and at first received what I have purchased and was pleased.

Four or five days after receiving my server, the write speed throughout the day dropped below 40 MB/s on multiple occasions. I immediately contacted support as I needed faster write speeds and I paid for SSD speeds. They apologized and told me they would move me to a new server within a day or two. Four days went by and at this point I was rather unsatisfied with their support and lack of produce purchased so kindly asked for a refund. Their reply was they are moving my server now.

That's nice of them to now move my servers after asking for a refund, so I kindly asked for a refund again as I worried the move would still cause me downtime. I was told that 10 days had passed since my original purchase date and a refund was out of the question as they only give full refunds within 7 days. So I asked for a partial refund based on time used. Again was denied a refund and was told I could either have my server moved or receive account credit.

During this back and forth messaging with support, I rented from a competitor of theirs. For 75 cents more, same hardware, same specs, etc I received what was advertised. Going on 8 days now with the new host and couldn't be happier.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for hosting.

I had some problems logging in because there was no user specified, until I figured out it was default set to "root", the vps is good and you get exactly what you buy. Pretty good.

Only thing I don't really like is the low bandwidth (1TB).

I cannot test it, because two days after order and pay the server I got the Ticket:

So far Service has been great.
There has been no down time.
There was a delay in delivering my server, They claimed it would be delivered within twelve hours, it was not. It ended up taking three days, they offered a refund and I declined.
They responded to low priority tickets within ~2 hours on average with a high of ~13 hours.
Advin offers totp 2fa for login.

Ping from the data center in Texas Los Angeles is ~50 ms.

Advin seems to use Nexrils servers for hosting but they claim use their own drives.

This is a very good service. Highly recommend. Did have one downtime with one of the server's but support was fast to reply and fix the issue, hence the 5 star review! Keep up the amazing work!
