I've been using their storage 1024G in Europe for the past 5 months. The support is great. For the price of 4EUR/month, their storage option has good performance. Here are some highlights:
- The price of my exact offer lowered in the last few months. When asked, they lowered my price to match the current offer and also changed billing to the cheaper annual one (from 5EUR/month to 40EUR/year).
- Tickets answered the same or next day (next day when sent at night).
- They had a critical issue on my node once. They handled it well - I received a mail, the webpage and status page were available, the VPS was turned on after the issue was resolved. No data was lost.
- Decent performance overall and good performance to price ratio. VPS is consistently responsive. YABS results of their 1024G (1TB low end storage) are:
FIO 4k/64k/512k/1m totals: 43 MB/s 10k IOPS / 54 MB/s 850 IOPS / 320 MB/s 620 IOPS / 2 GB/s 1.9k IOPS (upon order, now a few times slower after a few months of usage, probably being capped when running the tests)
iperf3 consistently 700-900 Mbits/s to Europe (send/receive, when ordering and now)
Geekbench 5 single core around 500, multi core around 1000 (when ordering and now)
