I have been waiting for 1 month for a refund of an invalid service: I ordered a VPS with 32 ip's (ALL of them are blacklisted).
I asked for a refund and I sent everything to the support, and every day they tell me it's tomorrow.
Now it has been 4 days since they told me that the money is sent, and there is no proof that they sent back the money.
Please beware of this platform, they already had problems with many customers of this kind.
