I paid the bill, but the site shows that it has not been paid yet, the support does not answer any ticket, and after a few days, no server has been delivered!

after taking about 16 hours i didnt recieve my vps and nobody answers the tickets and online chat!!

At first, they did not confirm for a long time that I had made the payment, but then everything worked, and it worked for 2 months. For 3 months they suspended my server due to the fact that I did not pay, although everything was paid. Support has never responded throughout the entire period of use, only closing tickets.

I paid for the server. The invoice continued to have the status not paid. I created a ticket for this fact. After that, my account was blocked, there was no response from them. The money was not returned. These are scammers

Be careful with this provider
A service was purchased and 14 days before the end of the service, they issued an invoice. After paying the invoice, my service suspended.
In response to my ticket they said I spammed (which I certainly didn't) and after I asked for more information, they ignored me and closed the ticket.
I ask everyone reading this to spend a little more and get a service from reliable provider.

They send invoice, I paid. No service. I contact on customer support, they accuse me of fake data and ask me for ID. IM NOT GIVING ID TO RANDOM PEOPLE.
