I had a VPS where everything was working fine. Suddenly, I received a payment invoice, and a few hours later its status changed to "CANCELLED." My VPS was shut down. I filed a complaint asking them to let me pay for it. Seven days passed, and then they deleted the VPS entirely. I lost my databases because of their terrible support, which can easily go days without responding...

The service is very good; I bought a VPS from them, but the problem is that after renewing, my VPS status is still “Suspended.” I tried emailing them, and they redirected me to their website, where a chatbot told me it would connect me to a support agent. When I asked half a day later how long I’d have to wait for an agent, it said it couldn’t connect me to one. As a result, I have no idea how to reach support. I emailed them again (literally an hour ago) and submitted a ticket that was assigned to “Hamid Ali,” but he never responded or resolved the issue in the ticket...

Overall, if it weren’t for my problem, I would have given them 5 stars, since the service is really very good

They just deleted all my virtual servers and re-created them, deleting all the data in the process and didn't say that a backup was required! Keep good backups if you're going to use this host!

I am very satisfied with C-Servers. The prices are very affordable and the server performance is excellent. Support has been fast and friendly, usually responding within an hour.

At first, I had a small misunderstanding with the support team. Later, I learned they were dealing with stress from a conflict with a problematic user, which made their response a bit more stern than usual. Now I receive warm and genuinely helpful support, and the experience has been great.

The web hosting service simply wasn’t the right fit for me, but the refund process was smooth. I also received a small bonus as credit. This showed me how much they care about customer satisfaction. It is truly the best support I have experienced.

worse vps and the most scummiest description i ever know.

I had a terrible experience with this hosting provider. While the service itself was decent, the customer support was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. I encountered an issue with DirectAdmin not allowing cronjobs, which is a standard feature in most hosting services. Instead of troubleshooting or offering a workaround, support repeatedly told me "it's not possible" and refused to help.

To make things worse, after asking for assistance multiple times, they rate-limited my account, effectively blocking me from receiving proper support. Their final response was incredibly rude, basically telling me to stop asking for help and take a refund instead.

For this very low price, the service is reliable and has low downtime, amazing support, and intuitive web management.

I currently have 2 of their services that I use as the main VPS. At first I was quite annoyed because they only prepared IPv6, but then they added IPv4 even though it was only NAT but it was more than enough.
The service I have is VPS Delta1 (Germany - 23M GMBH) that I use as the main server. And VPS Zeta1 (Germany - Hetzner) (at first) but then they move it to VPS Zeta3 (Finland - Hetzner), technically this is upgraded and they give it for free.

Price
Honestly, in terms of price, this price is quite cheap. But when comparing with other providers that offer a slightly more expensive price but get IPv4, this provider service is quite expensive. But certain promotions, you can get VPS IPV6 at a very cheap price (such as $ 3.99 per year you get 2Vcore E5-2660 V4, 1GB RAM, 60GB NVME).

Performance
On the Hetzner server (Zeta1 & Zeta3), they have very good performance. I hardly feel the existence of CPU Steal, this indicates that they do not do overselling. This is a good sign.
On the 23M GMBH server (Delta1), this is very amazing. I can feel that this server is very good. Both in terms of hardware or network. Honestly, I don't expect that this provider has a very good connection even when I access it from Southeast Asia has a very good network.

Support
For support, it seems they only have a few staff to complete every ticket that comes in. So it takes some time to get a reply, but at certain hours they quickly reply. Because I rarely experience problems, so I rarely send tickets.

Reliability
Previously I explained that their network and hardware server performance were very good. When I monitored using Hetrixtools, this got 99.99% uptime where downtime occurs when I restart VPS but I forgot to turn on maintenance in Hetrixtools.

Overall according to my personal judgment, I can recommend you to buy services at C-Servers (Centerfield Ltd).

If I may give advice, maybe you can create a chat group in discord to tell the server services.

I purchased a v6 server last year for an annual fee of 5.42 euros. Although it's cheap, I can run up to 1Gbps and have fast speed when browsing movies.

I have hired 3 servers in this company and the truth is that everything is perfect. At first I had some errors with the network but Michelle has been quite decisive and has helped a lot. The prices are very good, especially if you are looking for something simple like having a hosted service and a fast network. 10/10

The VPS worked out of the box. It has ports 25 and 465 blocked. Everything else is working well.

I buy 3 month only at 2.09$, 1 core - 1 GB - 40GB SSD. Disk perfomance OK. Network speed OK. But you need some knowledge to use IPv6 VPS

NAT does not work. Support does not solve problems. This is the worst experience. Better just throw away your 2 dollars.
