I've been a Dashserv customer for about 2 years now, and I can definitely say that Dashserv is one of the best hosters in Germany.
Good uptime, 99% uptime in the last year, and that's a proud thing.
The prices are really good, instead of the prices increasing because of the German inflation, they drop drastically, these are the best servers in Germany for private customers.
Unfortunately I can't say anything about b2b customers because I don't have a company
