Like most people, I was drawn in by the price. It is quite reasonable. Once you get your machine, though, you will immediately notice a horrid performance on these *OpenVZ* VPSes (crucially this was not mentioned anywhere during checkout). Server Hunter, however, did mention it, but I unfortunately missed this. Just type in your SSH session, and every character will lag and appear in the wrong order in which they were typed. The truth is the machines (or machine, singular?) behind this host must be horrifically oversold, to the point where any attempt to make use of it results in nothing but pure frustration. The name, Boomer Host, tells you everything you should know about this host's professionalism. In fact, you are advised *not* to contact them in the setup email, which is sent from a Gmail address, "[email protected]". Again, a complete lack of professionalism. They advertise phone support. No one answers. My overall conclusion is this host is chillingly similar to others I have run into that appear and collapse within two years, and I would implore anyone who would listen to run for the hills and never give these people your time or, more importantly, your money.

They deleted my server with no reason 2 weeks after payment. Support doesn't answer my tickets and they even deleted my account some time later. Total scammers, don't buy.
