I am extremely disappointed with Hostmaze. Hostmaze lies about it's network speed; it's a lot slower than what they say. If you reinstall your server, you need to use the other control panel for serial console, and install ssh yourself. I was optimistic, but tonight it has really screwed me over. Currently, my server is inaccessible and the control panel options aren't working. I wanted to like this service due to the unlimited bandwidth, but what's the point if my server is dead? This is an absolute nightmare. I'm hoping I'll be able to connect to the server again sometime soon in order to recover my database, but all my sites are currently down. According to all the reviews I've read, their support will take 2+ weeks to respond. Their support is as bad as their DMCA handling(they advertise ignoring DMCAs). If you're looking for a temporary VPS to do sketchy things on, then maybe this is for you, but other than that I advise staying away from this. There's better alternatives. Don't fall into the same trap I did.
