I've been using LunaNode for several years for both personal and business VMs.

Support is helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. The service is extremely reliable and downtime is very rare (1 event in the Toronto data centre over the course of many years which was resolved before start of business the same day) due to excellent administration and a very good host datacentre.

I would (and do) strongly recommend LunaNode as a primary host for VMs. Prices are affordable enough that it can be used for hobby machines (that game server you spin up for a week to play with your friends then forget about) and production infrastructure.
