I've been with Netcup for about 2 years and can comfortable say, they hold up all their claims for what they offer.
In that time i had experienced about 1 hour of total unplanned down time and thats about the worst I can say about them.
Their Control Panel takes some time to get used to and its kinda hard to find the Buttons to install a different OS. But everything works well and is planned out very thoughtfully.
Their Root Servers have 2.5 gbit/s Networking and it gets hard, to find a Speedtest beeing able to even handle those speeds.
