I have been a customer of PebbleHost with a dedicated server for over 7 months, and for the price, I am satisfied with the performance.
Unfortunately, less than two weeks in, there was a defective NVMe SSD, which was replaced quickly. However, there were also several random server stops, which the support team was never able to properly explain.
Other than the incidents mentioned, there isn’t much else to say about PebbleHost. The support is quite fast during their support hours, but outside of those times, there is only emergency support available—for example, in the case of the NVMe defect.
