- From an order I have had 50% server of down
- Support responded 1 times per day and didn't read the request in the ticket
- IP networks banned in different scope systems like spamhaus
- No maby back if you're not satisficated of quality

I’ve had servers and an external subnet with PFCloud for a few months now, and I’m quite satisfied.
The servers are always easily accessible, with occasional ping spikes when the DDoS protection kicks in, but otherwise everything works well.
The subnet is just a subnet; it was handed over cleanly and has caused no issues since.
I was 1-2 times late with payments due to being away, but that wasn’t a problem. I was able to pay a few days later, which PFCloud didn’t have to accommodate.
I would like to see them improve their support, especially the ticket system in Discord and WHMCS, but other than that, I’m very satisfied

I had to speak to Woet even then they said "No Refund's" after several weeks of downtime. It has been down for a month even then it was back for a whopping ~4 days. Then another downtime due to IPV4, Now my IP is changing and i have to setup stuff again reinstall due to my configuration. This is ridiculous avoid this company PFCloud.io like the PLAGUE. Maybe revisit in ~4 Months after the raid is over and cleared up assuming the owner isn't in prison

If someone asked me to say something bad about these guys I wouldn't really be able to think of anything... Extremely cheap with very lenient policies. I ordered the KVM-1 package that came with 1gbit and the speedtest showed around 2.3gbit. Staff is very friendly in chat and in tickets, problems were solved quickly. I've never had any downtime on my VPS.

The company deceived 1) the presence of a server on a ryzen 5800x is a complete lie 2) lies about compensation for changes in server parameters from 5800x to 3000x series 3) constant server crashes, without describing errors (power supply error on the server), 4) silence in tickets for several days , 5) there is no management of even elementary server management 6) the inability to return money for a service that is not provided

Let me tell you briefly about the experience of working with this scam company. I ordered a server for a ryzen 5800 for €139.98EUR on 26/07/2023 (yes, it was 5900x on serverhunter), the server was listed as available and located in the data center, after paying for a week I was told that the server had not yet been assembled, my comments were ignored . After a week of conversation, I was given a server on 3700x with a promise of compensation, but there is still no compensation. The operating system was installed by Ubuntu, although there was a Windows server in the order, after they reinstalled the operating system, I found that Ubudut was still on the server, then another week passed after which I was given access to the server, which had no drivers and the operating system itself was not configured correctly. When trying to work in a broken system on this server, the server crashed twice in a few days, my requests are completely ignored. There is no access to the server panel, support does not answer questions. These are scammers.

I thought the offer was fake but it wasn't i could perfectly run a webserver and other stuff on it, the support is great

I have had a vps at pfcloud for a few month, and all has gone well. Their support team is extremely helpful and the servers are very performant.
The only issue I experienced was with the ryzen node having some unexpected downtime, but they kept me updated and gave all customers an extension of more than the downtime lasted to make up for it.

Great vps, alot better performance than i expected and alot better compared to the competitors for the price, during my time ive been around the block and im glad i can finally stop, here at pfcloud
