The only complaint is about the admin panel. It feels outdated and does not actually report the real status of the VPS. For example, if it's down, it still shows as "active" anyway. It could at least have some logs, e.g. for CPU and RAM usage. Also, some of the text is in Russian and has not been translated into English. Weird.
