Almost from the beginning of using the service and for half a year I have been observing the slow operation of disks. Almost constantly I get notifications from zabbix "Disk read/write request responses are too high". Sometimes you have to wait a very long time to connect via ssh, at the moment the server cannot be restarted even through the console. Unable to mount file systems. The ticket has been open for 4 months already, they have already told me about 5 times that they plan to replace the disks within 24 hours or move my virtual machine to another server or wait for zpool resilvering and so on. I am experiencing constant I/O performance problems, it is impossible to use the service.

I noticed a 1 star rating due to the single review and thought I'd provide my input.

I found ServaRICA from this site a couple months ago and got their 'Giraffe High RAM Storage VPS' server. Initially there was downtime and it was not reliable. Support was kinda slow but they got it fixed every time. I powered through the times that they may have been overloaded or super busy and I'm glad I did.

Now the past few month have been beyond perfect. My server has been up 99% of the time and when it is down they credit your account with the time it was offline. Never had any issues with payments or much of anything else since my first 2-3 months with them.

Price is truly amazing for what you get. I have recommended them to friends before and I would recommend them to anyone reading this.

I found this hosting provider yesterday on this site, created account, ordered "horse storage" and paid $10. I waited several hours. Finally VPS was created but after 5 minutes it was destroyed, declined and my money was refunded. I wrote ticket with question "what happened". They answered, that I can't order from them. I asked why. They answered, that some other hosting providers wrote bad reviews about me in fraud record, which makes my specific order high risk and they can't accept any orders from me. I NEVER did any fraud! I use such large hosting providers as Hetzner, OneProvider, Scaleway, etc. several years and always is in good relationship with them. Where are proofs?
So I don't recommend to use this hosting provider, they make unfounded accusations without proofs.
