The provider is just dead. At one moment, they removed PayPal as a payment option. Then the service did go down. I was unable to pay because of their backend throwing errors, support was unresponsive. Now all my servers are just gone and their own website doesn't work.

They did shut down all their services without any information. They give us no possibility to back up our data from the servers.

Support seems to be dead, when it comes to contacting about the purchase they wrote back in a moment but when it comes to solving problems no one writes back anymore. Lags, ddos protection doesn't exist, big cpu steal, they can't deal with blacklists. Typical hosting for abuse. Avoid this trash! :)
