I've had intermittent network connectivity to my VM and occasional inexplicable hangs, but for the most part it's been good until yesterday, when I noticed it was down. It's been down for about 18 hours and still no response from their supposedly 24x7 support. I also cannot connect via serial console, so I'm completely dead until they come back.
I had to contact them twice in the past as well. The first time was for a billing issue and the second, a networking issue. Both times they had very long delays, several days.
Not recommended.

I paid for the VPS on 12th Feb. 5 days later they still hadn't activated my VPS. I had to open a support ticket. No replies so far.

Running on ColoCrossing and not bad. If you want high quality VPS, please choose another.
